[cgmo-webcgm] Updated pending action items list

There are AIs for BB,FC,DL,UL below.  Some are past due.

I have gone over the list from a couple weeks ago [0], plus subsequent 
emails, plus the two matrices -- test status [1] and implementation results 
[2].  My aim is to help us stay on track for an on-time CR exit -- one 
month and the clock is ticking.

Please help by giving it a read and picking up your items.

Here it is updated action items list...

Test Suite updates, were due week of 4-sep (see [1]):
