Rotate animation

It appears the offset of the lower left corner of the CGM is not being used to convert the center point and the return values in the test to NVDC’s.

In my option there are two changes required in the rotate animation test.

The center point for the rotation should be

'181.7','46.0'

And the values returned from the get transform should be changed to:

"0.34 -0.94 0.94 0.34 76.33 201.01"

I have attached the CGM with the offset removed. It theory the htm test should work the same with either file.

Anyone have any comments on this?
