P.S.  I see that ACI intensity (setGetIntensity) also has a problem.  Don 
promised this for 1st November.  Don?

Btw, since this was not listed as "at risk", then it presents a problem if 
not implemented.  It's removal would force another time-consuming Last Call 
review.
