I am writing to request information about manipulation and managing of
.CGM
files. I was given your name as someone who may be able to help.

I am seeking an application that will allow us to convert .HPGL files
to
.CGM files, then compress the .CGM files, while retaining legibility.
We
have tried Visio, but we lose too many elements and the resultant
graphics
are illegible. Unfortunately, we are in a time crunch and an immediate
reply
would be greatly appreciated. Please advise if you can be of
assistance.
