I have the same problem.  Kavi doesn't seem to be communicating with the attendance records we maintain in Kavi...

One problem I'm having is that Kavi insists on telling me that people 
are no longer eligible members, having supposedly missed two of the 
last three, when in fact they only missed the last meeting, attended 
the two previous meetings, and are therefore still members.
