Subject: Chairs, please note that JIRA is not sending automatic messages
For those of you using JIRA to track issues in your TC's - I received a message from an OASIS member alerting me to the fact that JIRA is not sending notices to TC mailing lists when updates are made to their tickets. I am following up on this to determine whether this is a configuration issue for this specific TC or a general issue that we need to fix. In the meantime, if you want to ensure that a JIRA update is circulated to your TC mailing list, you will have to cut & paste the body of the ticket into a message and send it yourself. I will let you know when I know more about the source of the problem. Thanks to Anne Hendry of the EMIX TC for sending me a heads up on this.
