Browser based comment entry/tracking

Greetings!

Just in case you missed the URL for browser based comment entry/tracking:

You do have to create an account but BSI doesn't discriminate based on 
your geographic location.

Imagine that you are able to make comments on standards directly as part 
of the text.

No separate email window, no JIRA to track, etc. Just a clean interface.

And one that exists right now.
