Hi Mary,

The TC has voted on adopting the revised version of OASIS CIQ V3.0 Specs. for
another 60 days public review after extensive changes based on the first 60 days
public review held in June 2006. Please announce to the members of OASIS about
60 days public review of the revised specs. Thanks.
