Yes, I've had a look at your comments and proposed remedies and support them.

PS: We are kicking off a piece of work next week (too late for the review I know but it takes a while to get the resources in place) to check the NZ Data Formats for Identity Records Standard against the latest spec, to make sure our sample file is still valid.
