Enclosed is the final program of the Open Standards Asia Pacific Conference to be held in Sydney  between 15-16 November 2007. This is the only open standards conference (IT vendor and industry neutral) in this region that concentrates on open standards related areas such as SOA, Enterprise Architecture, Web Services, Governance, XML, Open Document, etc.

Participation this year includes representatives from standard bodies such as, W3C, OASIS, LIXI, OGC, The Open Group, Standards Australia, HL7, and organisations such as New Zealand Government, Australian Government, NSW Government, CSIRO, Geosciences Australia, and others. I have been given the honour to chair this important IT conference for

the third time in a row.
