Hello again Mr Kumar

Indeed, the full standards do look more helpful to me than the <authorinformation> with the DITA OT.

Hi Kumar

The OASIS site asks for an explanation of the use to which we might put this.

Briefly, Pharmaceutical Press is changing from its own proprietary DTDs to a single (specialization of the) DITA schema.  The DITA cut-down xNAL structure isn’t right for us – it assumes that everybody who has contact details must be an author, whereas I want to create a DITA-compliant structure for contact details of manufacturers, suppliers, government advice centres, etc.

I’m hoping that the standards I’ve just downloaded will contain something of broader application.

All the best,

Simon
