Comments Resolution:
The TC during the 21 July 2014 meeting 
(https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/cloudauthz/201407/msg00005.html) 
considered all the comments and decided to perform "no action" with the 
use case document.

One comment did say that the document does not contain the members of 
the TC.
Resolution:  It is present in Appendix A - Acknowledgments.
