V1 schedule and pending proposals

To all CMIS workgroups,

According to the strawman schedule adopted by the TC back in January (
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cmis/download.php/31070/CMI
S%20strawman%20schedule.xls ), all proposals for v1 were to be completed
by March 15th, or they would be deferred to v2. Since then, we have
allowed more time for proposal preparation. It is now time that we need
to start managing our v1 schedule. Hence, I hereby ask each workgroup to
plan to complete its v1 proposal by June 15th. Any proposal that has not
achieved agreement among its stakeholders by then will be deferred to
v2. If you need more time, you should make your case to the TC. We shall
discuss how to handle the new "Browser Bindings" proposal at the next TC
meeting.
