Hi Mary,

You, Al, and I have discussed this before.

We use Google Doc as a meeting tool (along with Live Meeting) to speed
up the roll call. It allows attendees to sign in in parallel, and allow
attendees to see during the meeting who are present. We will also call
out the attendees and add those who do not have access to this page. We
do not use it to keep any information after the meeting. As far as we
know, OASIS does not provide a similar tool.
