Subject: Proposed Web Experience Management Interoperability (WEMI) TC
CMIS TC members: As you may know, OASIS has received a proposal to form the Web Experience Management Interoperability (WEMI) TC. The project will define a simple domain model for WEM and an abstract feature set that will be commonly implemented by WCM/WEM systems. Members are invited to comment on the WEMI draft charter until 12 Dec. Following that, a final charter--including an updated list of TC Proposers--will be prepared, and a formal Call for Participation will be issued. If you would like to be included in the final CfP as a TC Proposer--along with Adobe, Hippo, Jahia, Liferay, Magnolia, Nuxeo, OpenText, and SDL Tridion--contact the TC convener, David Nuescheler of Adobe, by 12 Dec. TC Proposers will be invited to attend the WEMI Conveners' Call, where decisions will be made regarding dispensation of member comments in the final charter.
