CMIS 1.1 link should be added to TC homepage

HI all,

I assume that many people looking for CMIS 1.1 will look first on the CMIS TC homepage, but currently we do not have any hint for the public review draft there.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to add a note about the public review period there and perhaps a link to the announcement https://www.oasis-open.org/news/announcements/30-day-public-review-for-cmis-v1-1?
