Next Monday's TC meeting cancelled

To all,

We do not have an agenda for 15 October. The scheduled meeting is cancelled.

Our next steps are:
- Update the v1.1 draft per our email discussion
- Conduct a 7-day eBallot to confirm the changes are "non-material"
- Submit a request for a Special Majority Vote (to be conducted by TC Admin) to approve the revised draft as a Committee Specification. (Note: If any OASIS member considered the changes being material, then we have to conduct a 15-day public review.)

After the approval/creation of the CS, we will need 3 Statements of Use that reference the CS before we can continue the process.
