preliminary OIOXML codelist documents

Hi,

The Danish National IT and Telecom Agency did its own preliminary Codelist
analysis etc. for how to deal with the problem. This analysis and possible
projects based on it have been shelved in preference for following this
particular OASIS committee, the analysis and associated documents, based a
great deal on Anthony Coates material, is attached.

Please note that a good deal of the documents are focused on requirements for
implementation/integration of Codelists into our current architecture and are
thus rather specific in nature.
