Hi Ken. I just happened to see this blip across my radar screen... If the paths below are relative to the OASIS Library root for the Code List Representation TC (http://docs.oasis-open.org/codelist/), then I'd urge you to consult with Mary McRae about any filename "index.html". In the general case, it's reserved (unavailable for use by TCs because of special properties in connection with Apache server configuration).
