You'll see in that list it is only being used for the RDDL document 
for the namespace page in the namespace directory ... the draft 
namespace page is here:

   http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=24711
   (that page has two parts, temporarily exposing the RDDL attributes
    through the use of a stylesheet; the final version does not expose
    the RDDL attributes ... I did this so that you (specifically) could
    vet our use of these attributes)

Isn't that the way namespace pages are defined on the server?  If 
not, please let me know what file name we are supposed to use (I 
don't see it on the namespace page template).

There are no other files that have that file name proposed for our directories.

Thanks for your guidance ... I've been relying on you having reviewed 
our posts related to OASIS conventions.  In fact I cited errors on 
the namespace page template in this post for you, specifically, to 
notice and repair ... that some of the RDDL attributes are invalid:
