BAP uploaded

I’d just uploaded the BAP with some simple additions for COEL-50.

A couple of questions:

· On the BAP – in 2.2.2 I can see scheme 1 & scheme 2 for posting atoms but I’m not sure that it says scheme 1 MUST be implemented as a minimum. Also in 2.3 it suggests that it is OK to run scheme 2 with anonymous TLS only – do we really want people to do this? I assumed that we would be looking at scheme 1 with anonymous TLS only as a minimum and scheme 2 with authentication as an option.

· Generally, now that we have a published committee specification, should we be migrating our WD2 changes on these originals?
