COEL words for OASIS

Dear all

I have spent some time looking at the other IoT and Privacy-by-Design TCs and their sponsors to refine the audience for some motivating words about the COEL specification.

In the attached document, the first page is a summary of my research and the second page has my first attempt at pulling together some words to promote COEL within OASIS. The remaining pages have the background information.

Please, everybody, get involved and have a hack at the words so we have better draft to discuss this Friday.
