STIX Documents - Update

All,

As we move closer and closer to the finish line and make more progress on final clean up, the time has come to down merge another document.  The old STIX2.0-3 document that contained the vocabularies has been down merged.  

Vocabularies that are MVP-ish can be found in the STIX2.0-Obejcts document  the rest are in the STIX2.0-Potential Objects document.  

This gives us the following 5 documents:
