As well - if you would like to assist in
working on the document, please send an email to Alan or myself with your
Google ID, so that we can give you edit rights. FYI, only actual TC members
can receive edit or comments rights on the document.

Preferably, make your changes in "Suggest
mode" rather than directly editing them on the document, so that they
can be more easily reviewed by everyone.
