That's probably a collective decision for
TC CTI to make. :-)

That's OK if it is the decision.  But as Mike
Rowe would say "somebody's gotta do it."
Fortunately, a registry is within the scope
of Work Item DTR/CYBER-009 and its
implementation would have funding and
other resources.
