The lync (now Skype) number should allow people to dial in early. The session has also been setup to run longer if needed.

Subject: Re: [cti] Preliminary list of eligible voting members for the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) TC inaugural meeting
Can I ask that the meeting bridge / lync / gotomeeting / webex / what ever we are using for the call on Thursday be setup and live 30 minutes prior to start? I would like to give people plenty of time to work through technical issues
and instal any needed clients or drivers prior to start.
