I agree and in fact I would give up the "convenient time to EST" for more predictability. If the time was less favorable, so be it... at least it is predictable. and like Bret says it lets me easily arrange my life calendar and work calendar around that time. Life and work calendars usually revolve around a weekly cycle.

RE the "6 weeks a month" - a consistent 2 hour time block on 1 day of the week, would cover everyone. It would allow me to simply block for example "Every Tuesday 5PM - 7PM is OASIS time"... if there is only 1 call, then I have that other hour free to do other CTI related stuff.
