DHS award to MITRE completed

Hi all. On Thursday’s morning TC call I informed the participants that DHS was planning to award MITRE a new contract on Friday, but shortly after the call, the DHS contracting office finalized the award and sent it to MITRE, which I was able to announce that on the evening call. So, I wanted to follow up with this email making sure everyone was aware that MITRE was now back under contract. And again, apologies for the time it has taken to get them back on contract. Hopefully during all this, I’ve made it clear this was not about MITRE or the DHS commitment to STIX and TAXII, but was due to government budget issues and contracting difficulties.
