    3. Feedback from Chet (03-16-2021) on OASIS policies:

       I'm writing to let you all know that in order to change the TC name, you will have to 
       start a new TC from scratch. This is covered in the 3rd paragraph of section 1.9 of 
       the TC Process - https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process-2017-05-26/#rechartering

      "Rechartering shall not change the TC name nor the IPR Mode of the TC. If a different name or
      IPR Mode is desired then a new TC (with a unique name) must be formed and the normal rules for
      creating a new TC apply."

      Personally, I like "Advocacy" and I'd support this if I could. But the rules give me no wiggle
      room for interpretation. 

      Let me know if you want to discuss further and if you want to discuss how you could relaunch
      as a new TC, I'll be happy to go over that with you.

    ACTION ITEMS
    1. All - review the updated charter discussion documents (coming soon) 
       from our March meeting yesterday. Offer comments via the ATC list. 

    2. Keith - contact Chet about OASIS guidelines for:
       a. TC name changes
       b. Single-TC charter updates and approvals
       c. Parallel-TC charter updates and approvals
          - If two TC charters were developed in parallel, do
    	    charter updates/approvals need to be made in 
            parallel as well?

    3. Keith - explore options for a joint meeting on charter issues
       between the DITA TC and the DITA Adoption TC.
       > Attendees from each TC ?
       > Moderator/facilitator ?
       > Neutral turf

    4. Stan - notify the Adoption list that the Adoption TC plans to vote
       at its next meeting (Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 12:00PM/EST) to change 
       its TC name from "OASIS DITA Adoption TC" to "OASIS DITA Advocacy TC". 
       Invite all members to attend if they wish to contribute feedback.

    5. Stan - Review member attendance information in Adoption TC meeting 
       notes to calculate voting membership for the next Adoption TC meeting.
