The subject of specialization is a good one. Michael Boses will have a very interesting paper for us to discuss at our Sept. 13 meeting about using constraints rather than specializations to modify the standard for BusDocs.

We were due to report next week, but the TC decided to defer SC reports for a week or two until we have finished working the public review comments.
