I mean there exist in the world publications that have per-part appendixes. Those cannot be directly represented using DITA BookMap today.

        Context: We are deciding whether to migrate from structured FrameMaker (~50 writers, ~200 books). Some of our larger FrameMaker books organize appendixes this way. This DITA enhancement would be timely.
