[dita-learningspec] stop or re-start?

Dear all,

Unfortunately we stopped with our calls more or less a year ago and furthermore, we didn’t went on discussing issues per mail or so as we thought we would do.

I think we started very well but got stuck when we should wrote proposals and so.

So, what should we do? Stop for good or re-start again and try to bring it to a good new version 2.0?
