I think there is not sufficient energy to move the subcommittee forward. Dawn and Amber, do you agree?

The default option has always been to place the learning and training specializations in an Open OASIS repository. We would need a TC member to take responsibility as the repository maintainer.

When DITA 2.0 comes out, hopefully we would have volunteers who would do the minimal work on the grammar files to make them compatible with DITA 2.0.
