chunk attribute issue

Discovered an oversight while I was
updating the architectural spec - per Don's analysis:

"Clarification
of Chunk attribute " is pretty
clearly listed under the 1.3 roadmap at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/dita/Roadmap_for_DITA_development
.  

Yet in the meeting minutes for Feb 7
2006 (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/16649/TC%20Meeting%20Minutes%202006-02-07.txt)
I find the following approval:

    - Clarification of Chunk attribute (Erik
Hennum) 
        - http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/dita/200511/msg00070.html
        - PROPOSAL -- Don Day moves to include this
item within the
          1.1 scope.
            - Paul Grosso seconds
            - No objections, approved by
acclamation
