Here is the list of items that were fixed.

xnalDomain.xsd - <organizationnamedetails> content model should use
<sequence> instead of <choice> as the particle.

 - Create groups for elements defined in the domains.
 - Use group references instead of element references in content models in
order to allow the element to pick up new specializations.

tblDeclMod.xsd
  - remove attribute spanname from <entry>
  - Change the type for attirbutes colsep, rowsep, pgwide from a string to
a boolean (yesno-atts.class).

topicMod.xsd
  - The group model info-types shold not be empty.  The default element
should be <topic>.

catalog.xml
  - added <uri> entries for the schema
