Has <metadata> been added to the content model of
<map> and <bookmap> in 1.2?

the metadata elements are available in the topicmeta element. While the
metadata elements are available directly in the map's topicmeta element, it
is recommended to use the metadata element, which is a wrapper element that
contains all the metadata elements. Use of the metadata element provides the
same metadata markup in both maps and topics.
