DITA Adoption TC votes to disband to lack of vitality .
- Kris; Scott, is there still any plan for some of that work to continue?
- Scott; plan is to re-establish under SIGDOC umbrella, still try to engage with DITA community and continue, geared more to end users tthan to tools vendors
- Kris; more structured authorng than just DITA
- Scott; Keith and Stan still working on wohen to start that.

Work item: Load DITA 1.3 errata 02 grammar files (not XSDs) as main branch; tag it
- Kris; so above is the main work item
- Robert; I agree
- Kris; if we were being perfect, we would have the XSDs in there as well, but I don't think it's worth it.
- Robert; if someone wants them, there's another repo where they can get them.
- Kris; Robert or Carlos, can you take an **ActionItem to merge the 1.3 errata grammar files?
- Carlos; do we need modules?
- Robert; we shouldn't need them.
- Eliot; I missed the context...
- Kris; this is about the specialization repo.
- Nancy; are we loading all of the 1.3 grammar files?

- Eliot; I think I've provided a correct report on what's the latest version.
- Kris; you said that you hadn't previously pushed all your changes?
- Eliot; I realized it this morning, so I did it; now there's a pending pull request.
- Kris; so if folks will take a look at Eliot's works and see if we're good to go for the webinar with the RNG repo. It looks like you updated things that included 2.x, removed 'conforming', and language about producing monoithic grammar files and being more careful about what you can do with XSDS... any questions for Eliot?

- Kris; the only mistake was mention of Robert at IBM
- Robert; I'll send my actual job title, I should probably use that.
- Kris; any other issues?
- Nancy; no, looked pretty good.
- Kris; Robert; you have an ***AI to get specialization repo populated, and we have to have quorum for next week so we can vote on diagnostics proposal. Robert, are all grammar and misc fixes in 2.0 grammar files?
- Robert; right, they are.
10. Setting up an OASIS publishing environment

Feedback from Carlos and Frank?
- Kris; Carlos, you're still having problems building LwD with stylesheets?
- Carlos; yes, I'm still having trouble.
- Kris; I can build it with Antenna House, but not without. Our stylesheets make the assumption that there are no topicheads; you use them, and also re-use some topics that are screwing up the numbering. Also, there may be some keyrefs that aren't defined and need to be added to LwD spec.
- Robert; I know the key stuff changed early in summer, but keyrefs didn't work because they aren't used in LwD, so we'll need to take a look and see what's going on.
Kris; we also need to have separate transforms for LwD than for base DITA, since they have different content.
- Carlos; I added in ditaval my stuff, but the real problems are information architecture-related, we may need to just make a new map.
- Kris; what I'd suggest is that you publish the LwD spec more frequently, and correct any errors you find. Just don't get to the point where you have architectural problems and build errors.
- Kris; who else besides me uses Oxygen projects?
[Eliot and Scott]
- Kris; I just built some Oxygen project for the spec, CN, etc., so folks can use them. I was hoping we could get some other folks to do it. I'd rather not be the only person who can build with the stylesheets.
Other:
- Robert; I've been chatting with Jarno. He's created a toolkit plugin we can add to our spec processing; it runs thru whole spec, extracts any codeblock content into the DITA file, and tries to parse it. At end, you have a failure for any codeblock that's not valid DITA. we've tried to do that over the years but we never managed. we don't need to use DITA mechanisms to validate then things, he's just written some Java code to find them.
- Kris; I'm really pleased; it always bothered me to have invalid code samples, and hard to check new release if you don't have something like this.
