Review F: Attributes available on table elements (03 - 10 January 2022)

A couple of things to note about this review:

• Please focus on the attributes. I've included the topics largely so that they would be included in the PDF, because I wanted you to be able easily move between the "Attributes" section and the definitions of the attributes.
• This review does not include universal attributes.
  
• Do not comment on the table element topics unless you have something very significant to bring up. Commenting on a typo or missing space or technical inaccuracy is fine; suggesting a wording tweak is NOT.
• In DITAweb, all the hyperlinks in the "Attributes" sections of topic are live. Please do not follow them. Any comments on attributes need to go in the topic titled "Attributes for table review."
• You will see that the complex table attributes list which element they can be specified on. We do not do that for any other group of attributes! We do that for table elements because, well, they are complex :)
