Saving Files
All of your changes are saved automatically on the Oxygen Content Fusion server. If you want to save a file manually, use the 
Save button
on the toolbar or the Ctrl + S (Command + S on macOS) keyboard shortcut. You can also download the file to your local file system by selecting 
More / 
Download.
The Get Changes feature from the Editor should perform the same function, so not sure why you aren’t seeing these comments?

OK, so you are not “getting the changes” from within Oxygen, but downloading the topic?
From where are you downloading the topic? And is there functionality to download the entire set of topics in the review?

I certainly do not see any Oxygen processing instructions when I “Get changes” from the Content Fusion Tasks Manager view.
Can you run some tests and see what the possibilities are for capturing the comments? Off the top of my head, I think of the following (not-so-great) manual possibilities:
- Have reviewers enter all comments as draft comments in the source, merge the draft comments, build and archive a PDF that renders the draft comments

Copy and paste all the comments into a document, save the document, archive a PDF. (It’s easy to get all the comments, but we lose all context; there is no indication as to what content in the document the comment applies to.
Scott, I’m hoping you can find better options.

I think that the changes covered in the Oxygen documentation are strictly changes that were made in the source. I’m talking about the comments that reviewers can make by selecting something in the document
under review, and then clicking the “Add comment” button.

Generally, you can capture and store the comments when you download the changes to local oxygen and can then check those files with comments into the repo?

Hi, Scott (and other TC members).
And so the challenging work begins. How can we capture and store the discussion that happens during a review of spec content if we use Content Fusion? I think the current review for the stage three proposal
#647, “Remove classification domain and add new attribute” will work as a good test case. Take a look:
