DOCBOOK-APPS: <affiliation> titlepage ordering problem solved!

Hi,

I solved my own problem with the ordering of <affiliation> on my 
<article>'s titlepage - upon examing the print DSSSL stylesheets, I saw 
that an <affiliation> inside an <author> is forcibly rendered after the 
author name, and otherwise rendered as per normal. Not entirely obvious that...

My next (and hopefully last!) issue with my <article> titlepage, is whether 
there exists any means of positioning titlepage elements more precisely on 
the page, apart from increasing line-spacing (a horrible hack)?
