Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: Spellchecking DocBook
I have to find a spellchecking solution for users that are familiar with MS Word, to apply to DocBook SGML (later XML) document instances. Right now either the SGML source is spellchecked in Word, or the RTF rendering is, with the changes being transferred into the SGML. The ideal solution would be a Win32 program (even Word, if there is a configuration) that can be educated to ignore tags (maybe using a custom dictionary?), or even the content of certain elements. Another posssible solution would be a Linux/UNIX commandline tool that runs as batch spitting out error lists that can be turned into dictionaries. Recommendations and links very welcome. Thanks, b.
