As promised, for Windows users without a suitable compiler, pre-compiled
binaries of the OpenJade 1.3.1 tools and libraries are available.

Please note that these binaries are provided as a simple courtesy - no
warranties, no support etc (but I would be interested to know if they
don't work! - report problems on the sourceforge page).
