If you're going to be adding an FAQ on this, why don't you just explain the
entire filename logic for chunked files?  

With use.id.as.filename:
 1. dbhtml filename="name"
 2. ID
 3. bk??ch??s??

Without use.id.as.filename:
 1. dbhtml
 2. bk??ch??s??
