slides, foilgroups, and PDF bookmarks

Hi,

It would be really cool to have the following in slides-FO output:

- have a foilgroup produce a title slide (as it is done in XHTML)

- have each slide produce a PDF bookmark, hierarchically arranged
  according to foilgroups

For the first point, I helped myself by augmenting, in my XSL
customization layer, the "foilgroup" template by a fo:page-sequence,
adapted from the "foil" template. It seems to me, though, there should
be a cleaner way. Any insights?
