I just processed the both files with Oxygen Editor V15 (Trial - Version).
Both files get processed without problems. So it must be my setup.

This is the part of my build.properties, but i'm not sure if they are getting used.
...
xslt-processor-classpath=d:\\apps\\saxon\\saxon.jar
xercesImpl.jar=d:\\apps\xerces\\xercesImpl.jar
xml-apis.jar=d:\\apps\xerces\\xml-apis.jar
... 

How can I check/debug which jars are used for processing?
