OK.

Your certification is enough. If I didn't know you I would verify for myself
but I think I can trust you guys :-)

I need statements (email is okay) from representatives of three member

This is specifically for cases where a previous vote on the proposal failed;
the TC must explain what they've done to fix any problems when they
resubmit. Not applicable here.

OK.

So all we're lacking is three member organizations to certify that they use
the proposed standard. As long as I have this in the next couple of days I
can get it out by the deadline on Oct 1st. I'll write up a ballot and get it
sent out.
