OK. Hm, should the proposal be amended to correct the typo?

OK. That's a pretty handy little semantic-extension mechanism. Seems
like something we could maybe use with some other elements as well.

OK. Sorry to complicate things -- for now, I'll just send a YEA for
the whole proposal as is.

But I'd then like to maybe do a separate proposal to add "consortium"
as an enumerated value, if possible. (Or if the current proposal is
amended to fix the "classname" typo, maybe add the "consortium" change
to the amended proposal as well?)
