DocBook CD-03 spec for public review

Mary,

I believe that the HTML and PDF versions of the DocBook spec are now
correct according to the templates. See

If you agree, I'll build a new package for you that includes all the
specs and the schemas.

Is there any progress on getting me subversion access to the
docs.oasis-open.org/docbook tree? Pretty, pretty, please?
