RE: [docbook-tc] Public Review of DocBook v5.0

Hi Norm,

  I'll run two ballots - one to approve 5.0 as a Committee Specification, and
another (contingent on the first) to submit 5.0 to OASIS Standard vote.

  In order to do that, I'll need:
- a comment resolution log, noting the comment and the resolution of that
comment 
- if the comment resulted in changes to the specification, an updated copy of
the spec files
- if the comment resulted in changes to the specification, approval by the TC
that the change was not substantive
- three "statements of use" by OASIS organizational members
""Statement of Use", with respect to a specification, is a written statement by
an OASIS Organizational Member stating that it is successfully using or
implementing that specification in accordance with the conformance clauses
specified in Section 2.18, and stating whether its use included the
interoperation of multiple independent implementations."

Once both ballots have passed, I'll then need the standard submission
information to actually conduct the ballot:
