Subject: DOCBOOK: XSL FO stylehseet 1.34 problem

Hi all,

i am working on transforming DocBook XML 4.1.2 + MathML documents to
PDF. But i cannot get the PDF output with a proper margin. It now
has not top margin at all. I use Saxon to generate the FO file:

java -cp ~/lib/java/saxon.jar com.icl.saxon.StyleSheet verslag.dbk verslag.xsl > verslag.fo

and pdfxmltex to convert it to PDF

pdftex -ini "&pdflatex" pdfxmltex.ini
pdflatex "&pdfxmltex" mathml.fo

All goes well, except for the margin. I use a custimized stylesheet:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
                version="1.0"
                xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/transitional"
                exclude-result-prefixes="#default">

<xsl:import href="file:///usr/local/lib/docbook/fo/docbook.xsl"/>

<xsl:param name="paper.type" select="'A4'"/>
<xsl:param name="page.margin.top">20mm</xsl:param>
<xsl:param name="page.margin.bottom">20mm</xsl:param>

</xsl:stylesheet>

I've also tried without overwriting the page.margin.* params. Both
without success. No top margin in the PDF output.

Saxon version: SAXON 6.2.2

On a Linux 2.2.18 system (Debian).

I am using xmltex for transforming the fo file into pdf...

Ideas?

Egon
